1.2. By using the services of alarmGO, the user agrees to these general terms and conditions.<\/p>\n

2. Services of alarmGO<\/h3>\n

2.1 AlarmGO provides an app for healthcare facilities that manages notifications such as nursing calls, wandering detection, fall detection, and other healthcare-related notifications.<\/p>\n

2.2 AlarmGO strives for constant availability of the Services, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.<\/p>\n

3. User responsibilities.<\/h3>\n

3.1. The user is responsible for the proper use of the app and must ensure correct and safe installation of the necessary devices.<\/p>\n

3.2. Misuse of the services, such as providing false information or violating security, may result in suspension of access.<\/p>\n

4. Liability<\/h3>\n

4.1 AlarmGO shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the app, unless intentional or grossly negligent.<\/p>\n

4.2 AlarmGO is not responsible for the operation of third-party equipment with which the app is integrated.<\/p>\n

5. Data Protection<\/h3>\n

5.1 AlarmGO processes personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, as further described in the AlarmGO Privacy Policy.<\/p>\n

6. Changes and termination<\/h3>\n

6.1 AlarmGO reserves the right to change the services and these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be announced on the website.<\/p>\n

6.2. If the user does not agree with the changes, he can terminate the agreement.<\/p>\n

7. Applicable law<\/h3>\n

7.1. These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law.<\/p>\n
